IPeeTV Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains what information IPeeTV collects when you use this website (ipeetvs.com), order a subscription or request a trial, and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the service:
- your email address, for account communication (for example, to send your login details);
- basic technical details, such as your device type and your number of connections, for support purposes.
When you message us on WhatsApp, we also see what you choose to write and the phone number and name attached to your WhatsApp account.
How we use it
We use this information to set up and deliver your subscription or trial line, to answer your questions and to help with setup and troubleshooting. Messages you send through our contact form or on WhatsApp are used only to respond to you.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
The contact and trial forms
The contact and free trial forms on this site don't send anything to our servers. When you submit one, it opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
Our support runs on WhatsApp, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. Information you share in a WhatsApp chat is also handled by WhatsApp under its own policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser may keep its own cache of the pages you visit.
Keeping your information safe
Never send your password, card number or full login details in a public message or screenshot. Our team will never ask you to post them publicly.
Your choices
You can ask us on WhatsApp what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some information while your subscription is active, to provide the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version that applies is the one published on this page, with its "last updated" date.
